Return Policy

 

If you wish to return the product, you can send it to the return address below within 15 working days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the labels still attached, and must not have been used.

 

DELIVERIES TO GREECE

You can return unwanted products using one of the following methods :

1. BOXNOW free of charge (https://returns.boxnow.gr)

2. Courier of your choice, with the cost charged to you.

3. ELTA courier, with the cost charged to us (recipient pays)

4. In-person delivery to one of our retail stores at no extra cost.

 

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for each new shipment or product change.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

You can return unwanted products using one of the following methods:

1. via any international courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS)

2. via your local post office

The customer is responsible for covering all shipping expenses and customs clearance charges incurred during the return process outside the EU.

 

REFUND POLICY

The total refund amount is calculated on a case-by-case basis:

· If you choose to cover the cost of returning the item with a courier of your preference, only the initial shipping cost of € 4.50 will be deducted from the final credit amount.

· If you choose for us to cover the return shipping costs with ELTA courier, the initial shipping cost + the return shipping cost of € 9 will be deducted from the final credit amount.

· For international deliveries, the total shipping cost of return will be deducted from the credit amount.

Cash on delivery service fee is not refundable.

If the product is defective, we will cover all shipping costs. For more information, please refer to the 'Warranty Policy'.

The resulting amount will be credited to the bank account you specify within 7-10 business days.

Occasionally, there may be a delay in crediting your account, which may be due to your bank. If you have not received your credit within 10 business days, please contact us.
